Dishwasher, Fridays, 6-8 hours

Role Description

This is the most important on-site role for an energetic individual. You will be responsible for the success of the evening by cleaning the dishes, cutlery and glassware, general cleaning of the Wine Bar while collaborating with other team member and interacting with our guests.

Qualifications

• Excellent people skills and the ability to perform in a very busy setting
• Ability to comfortebly interact directly with our guests and work collaboratively with other team members
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Experience is a plus

Cook, Front Cooking 32-38 hours

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cook - Front Cooking. The Cook - Front Cooking will be responsible for daily meal preparation, collaborating with other team members, ensuring kitchen cleanliness and safety, and ensuring that food quality and presentation meet the bar’s standards. You will work at the Food Bar, actively interacting with our guests.

Qualifications

• Excellent cooking skills and the ability to prepare food in a very busy setting
• Strong understanding of safe food handling and sanitation protocols
• Ability to comfortebly interact directly with our guests and work collaboratively with other team members
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Experience in front cooking or in a similar position is a plus
• Culinary school education or related degree is a plus
